LAYR
LAYR, layer_nr, layer_name, bot_loc, top_loc;
Defines the vertical location of functional layers
- The layer command defines the z-coordinates of the bottom and top faces of functional layers. The functional layer contains mass bodies, anchors, springs, combs and stopper elements. The current release supports one functional layer. The layer number must be set to 1.
- The anchor extension to the substrate surface is specified by "Anchor extrude length" defined in the Simulation Settings window.
- Further layers are used to define the vertical location for top and bottom plate capacitors (see PCAP command). For plate capacitor layers, the coordinates
bot_locandtop_loccan be identical.
